Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me on email@example.com. A refund will be given to the buyer as long as the item/items are returned to me in their original state. Please keep a proof of postage if you return items as I cannot refund an item if it is lost in transit.Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; if the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
I aim to dispatch items within 3-5 days of payment; if an item is out of stock or bespoke delivery times may vary.
International deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail 'tracked' or 'tracked and signed for'.
